Aro Shoes Returns & Exchanges

We want you to step out in confidence with your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your Aro Shoes are tried on on carpeted surfaces to maintain the integrity of the outsoles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Aro branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
